1. No personal attacks
   This is most important. Here to challenge ideas but not people. Topic or concept could be stupid but explain why not anything beyond that. Because Ill flip my lid and ban that's it.
2. No echo chambers
   If you can only think one direction and that's it. Move on. Preaching or just having one opinion isn't going to help improve anything ever. That's fundamental but also seems pretty fucking common.
3. Not here to coddle
   Trolling, harassment, deliberate stupidity is going to be shut down. This isn't a democracy so Mods gets to rule but also they make mistakes too. Things will get out of hand from time to time. We are required to have accountability for ourselves. Its ok if you lost your cool just admit it and do better tomorrow. Obviously if you're off your rocker then ban but unlikely.
